If you want great customer service and quality work, this is the place for you. Despite being very busy, the team is very receptive and prompt. My personal experience from this place was nothing but exceptional. I had very different customer service experience from big name repair shop on Ogden Ave, Naperville who specialize in luxury car repairs. I decided to go this place after reading reviews, I am glad I made this decision. I highly recommend this place.

My car was rear ended. They fixed my car quickly and it was looks like I was never hit. They were great we communication and keeping me up to date with progress. They worked with the insurance company and made it a smooth process. They were able to assist with getting my rental car. I would highly recommend!

Very professional, courteous and kind. From start to finish, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. My vehicle was done ahead of time and looks perfect. The paint was blended to match the natural fading from the rest of the car. I will tell everyone I know about the experience I had with Caliber Collision, and I will only use them for any repairs I need in the future.

Great staff, quality work, impressive job dealing with frustrating insurance company. Went extra mile to get the color matched. Kate at front desk is one of the best customer service people I have ever worked with! Highly recommend this business.

My daughter had a lot of damage due to a recent hail storm. We submitted the claim to insurance and were given a list of choices. We chose Caliber Collision in Naperville and I’m glad we did. We were greeted by Kate and she was super friendly and personable and a pleasure to work with. The work that needed to be done didn’t take long. When we went to pick up the car we were floored by the result. They had removed all the dents and it looked like a brand new car. There has only been two occasions where I have been stunned by a repair job and this is one of them. My daughter had nothing but big smiles on her face. Needless to say, she was impressed. Thanks so much for all of the hard work and dedication your shop puts into repairing vehicles.
